Established in 1991 to reduce health inequalities, our original vision remains that of health and wellbeing for all, a society free from inequality, poverty and isolation. We help the poorest and most vulnerable communities overcome challenges they face to living healthy, happy, fulfilling lives, addressing the root causes and factors which impact on health.

Health for All improves the health and wellbeing of children, young people, adults and older people through a range of accessible, innovative services, including Better Together, Live Well Leeds, Being You Leeds, Walk It, Ride It and Enhance. The teams uses community health development approaches, providing individual and group support, running health enhancing events, promoting health messages and campaigns. Over 5700 adults are supported annually along with 50 groups serving communities including Bangladeshi, Chinese, eastern European, young mums, older people, community choirs, peer support and activity groups offering health walks, gardening, parents & tots, mental health support, music and dance, arts and crafts, ESOL, exercise.
