The original Tenants Hall was opened in 1955, paid for by Middleton residents. Still providing a home for local community groups, enterprises, events and charities, Tenants Hall is our flagship centre in Middleton, South Leeds. The original building was fully refurbished with funding of £1.6 million from the national Local Enterprise Growth Initiative (LEGI) and the European Union European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). Owned by Leeds City Council, Health for All runs the centre on a long term lease.
The centre is a multi-use, multi-functional space hosting our main office base and core support services staff. Local community groups regularly enjoying the Centre include Sewing and Recycling, Arts and Crafts, Community Choir, youth group, Bosom Buddies Breastfeeding Peer support. The centre has full disabled access and two disabled car parking spaces, along with 22 car parking spaces and free WiFi access throughout the centre. Our meeting spaces can be booked by the hour or day.

Main Hall
The main hall is our largest space located on our ground floor- accommodating up to 100 people depending on room layout. It can be hired for a wide range of activities including training, conferences, meetings, AGM’s, and can also be split into two separate areas if needed. We also have a specially designed sprung floor which is ideal for any dance related activities.
Multi-purpose Room
This room is located on our ground floor and is suitable for a wide range of different activities including training, meetings, craft groups, pre-school groups our multi-purpose room includes, toilets and enclosed outdoor area. The space can accommodate up to 50 people.
Board Room
Our boardroom offers a professional flexible space that is perfect for business presentations or team meetings with seating for up to 12 people. Our Boardroom is located on our first floor which is fully accessible via lift. Tables
Meeting Room
This room is located on our first floor and can also be split into two separate rooms these can accommodate between 2 and 4 separately and can open up to accommodate up to 12.
All rooms can be hired with tea coffee facilities, flip charts, whiteboards and projector screens.
Leased Accessible Office Space
Our range of office suites are ideal for established or new businesses, community, social enterprises or charitable organisations. Fully furnished and with access to a communal kitchen they enable you to set up and go! We have a fully staffed reception to welcome your visitors and various office sizes to suit the needs of your business.
