HFA understands that transport and mobility issues are a huge factor in contributing to social isolation, with lack of transport being a barrier for many to access life enhancing groups and activities. This is why we invested in our own fleet of community transport vehicles. Our minibuses and community cab play a vital role in linking many local people including HFA service users to groups and activities, as well as social and health care services. We have 5 minibuses and a community cab, staffed by a team of 8 drivers serving over 300 regular customers, primarily schools, community and faith groups and charities.

All of our drivers undergo DBS checks, reference checks and are MIDAS trained.
